10U Guidelines

10U Guidelines:

Between ages 9-12, termed the "golden age" for learning, AYSO's 10U program embodies adventure. Here, players absorb new teachings with innovative Player Development. Coaches now tackle goalkeeping and offside, signaling a shift towards full-sided play. Our approach must evolve to match, prioritizing preparation and organization for a seamless experience.
