Kauai AYSO 941 relies on our dedicated volunteers to empower children through soccer. With various roles like coaching, refereeing, and administration, there's a way for everyone to contribute. Volunteer Registration
To ensure the safety of our children, all volunteers must complete an AYSO National Volunteer Application Form annually and undergo a background check. The background check, administered by the AYSO National Office, is crucial for screening volunteers. Those who do not pass may be restricted from participating in our program.

Volunteer Registration Instructions:

For those who have NOT opened an account follow these steps. Those who have opened an account skip to #4.

1. Begin your registration with Region 941 AYSO. For detailed instructions, please refer to the provided link  Here
2. Select the program for your child(ren) and complete the payment process.
3. Navigate to "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Choose "Volunteer" from the left-hand menu.
5. Click "Find Volunteer Roles" in the upper right-hand corner.
6. Select the program you're interested in and click "View Roles".
7. Choose the division(s) you'd like to volunteer for and click "Sign Up" for each role. Then, scroll to the bottom and click "Continue".
8. Review and confirm the selected roles, then click "Continue".
9. Fill out the Volunteer Form completely, knowing it's for a good cause—your children.
10. Accept the waiver and click "Continue".
11. Click "Click Here to eSign Form".
12. Complete and electronically sign the Volunteer Application, ensuring you agree to use an electronic signature and confirm your guardianship. Then, scroll down and click "Continue to Review".
13. Review the form with your electronic signature and click "Submit signed volunteer application".
14. Confirm your agreement to the volunteered roles by clicking "Continue".
15. Initiate the background check by clicking "Click Here for Volunteer Verification Form".
16. Complete the Background Verification Form in full, providing personal information and completing disclosure boxes. Finish by clicking "Continue".
17. Confirm the completion of the Background Check for the correct division and click “Continue”.
